Terms and Conditions for all Events
For all public courses, the following conditions apply and are deemed to have been accepted at time of booking.
Your booking is not secured until payment is received – all courses and tastings must be paid for in advance.
All bookings are refundable up to 4 weeks prior to the event date. If a refund is requested more than 55 days after purchase date, the full amount will be refunded less a 5% Administration Charge.
Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course/tasting, send a substitute, or receive a refund voucher that may be used for payment against another course/tasting.
Within 2 weeks of the event, you may, if you are unable to attend a course, send a substitute. No refunds will be provided.
If you do not attend a booked course or event, no refund will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course or event.
For Corporate & Private Tastings a deposit of 50% is payable 30 days prior to Tasting date. The balance is payable at the event.
We reserve the right to ask any person to leave any event if their behavior is deemed unacceptable or disruptive to others.
We do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18.
